Sales & Merchandise Policy

The
purchase of tickets or merchandise via this website is for performances
by Thomson-Leng Musical Society (the Society) or Thomson-Leng Youth
Music Theatre. At no time are products / services for other groups
or individuals offered or provided. |

Once
tickets or merchandise is purchased any refunds or exchanges are
at the discretion of the management committee and cannot be guaranteed.
If a concert / performance is abandonned or cancelled then refunds
will be considered. |

All
processing and handling of sensitive personal details i.e. credit
/ debit card details is carried out by Paypal. At no time does the
Society retain or have access to this information. The society receives
an email from Paypal confirming the sale and detailing the products
purchased and the name, address and telephone number of the purchaser. |

Tickets
for performances / concerts purchased online via this website shall
be available for collection at the venue from our box office at
that venue. If you require the tickets before the event please send
a stamped address envelope to the address below and the tickets
shall be issued in return. NB We can only send the tickets
to the address that is provided to us by Paypal. There are NO exceptions
to this rule. This person who paid for the tickets can
then distribute the tickets as required if this is necessary. |

Merchandise
purchased via this website shall be posted to the purchaser once
confirmation of payment is received from Paypal. Delivery &
Postage costs shall be detailed at the time of purchase. |
